There is no reason to waste them on anything else.
If you are going to say “i want the lvl 10 tech” thats a horrible reason because if you want the tech, go take a lvl 10 npc

Strategy:

1) Sync your time to the server NPC refresh global clock.

- send an attack to a random (close-by) NPC city.
- send 6 scouts, timed 1-6 minutes camped to the same NPC city right after attack lands
- use scout reports to determine *exactly* when the 6 minute refresh interval is, and do a +1 minute for safety.
- So if it refreshes at 1:02. You can bet that at 12:03-12:08 there will be no respawns of troops.
- So choose the 12:03 -> 12:04 window for your attacks to land

2) Plan your 40 attacks

For the initial strike:

a) for short range, i typically send 15k balls + 5k pults along with rest archers.
b) for Mid range, I will send 100k archers
c) for long range, I will send 8k workers + 92k archers with a *very* high attack hero (this works up to 120 miles radius)
d) for longer range, I will send 98k archers, 2k transporters.
e) even longer if you are willing to take more archer losses

Warning: Initial attack with archers only requires high ATK hero with max techs.

The second attack, I will send 1 more archer wave to clear out towers.
I usually send 30k war/30k archers (it can be done with as little as 20k warrior / 14k archers, or even 20k archers).
- Range/losses will be your deciding factors.

For the rest of the 38 attacks, you can just send 10k warriors, plus whatever transporters/workers needed to make the trip.

Make sure you prepare all your towns with the right amount of troops (if you are only close to it), all heroes returned, max out heroes per city always.

For the last attack, minimally you can send 10k warriors. But if you want to put your forward troops there, send the troops you want to be there when you takeover (in case you are afraid of an immediate response)

3) Send attacks using camp time to have them all land within your window (I try to do them all within 1 minute usually)

Timings (example window 12:03-12:09). Here’s how you would time your attacks.

1xInitial Strike: 12:03:00
1xAT clears: 12:03:05
37x Primary 10k war waves: 12:03:10
1x Last conquering wave : 12:04:00

The whole thing requires only about 130k archers, 400k warriors, and whatever your “conquering force” is.

Your last attack to conquer will place your troops into the forward base. Could be like a 100k archer wave, and you have yourself a lvl10 forward base, with lvl10 rally point which you can then start sending out that 100k archer wave at someone’s city..

This requires the usage of CAMP function in attacks. What you will need to do is figure out where your “furthest city is” Send the attack from there first. lets say it takes 1 hr to reach destination from furthest city. You send your N attacks from that city.

Choose the next closest city, this city lets say takes 50 mins to reach destination. So you camp for 8-9min (depending on how fast you switched). This will allow your attacks from the 2nd city to land inside the same minute as the attacks from the first city.

Keep doing this for N cities that you are launching from

The key to using camp function properly is to look at the ARRIVAL time on the lower right corner of your attack dialog box. This will allow you to coordinate your attacks

Update: It is possible to do this across server resets, but you have to be careful as you never know when the refresh time will be, but closer your attacks the less likely you will get hit with a refresh timer. You could also plan for it, and send additional attacks to account for that some of your attacks will die. (7 more would do it)

Updated: new #s to use less troops overall with this effort. 40 attacks needed. Loyalty from 90-60 is by -3. Loyalty from 60-0 is -2. With these troop counts.

In the beginning follow the guides that tell you how to build your city quickly. But never allow your Rank or Title to go above Civilan. I know of players that have over 1 million prestige without ever leaving Civilian status. For some reason the great minds of evony decided that the higher you title the less prestige you get for buildings and Tech research. Also what you may get from attacks.

Praying

You’ll find that Praying increases you in prestige and you can do this every 15 minutes. Disaster relief also increases your prestige slightly. This is good to know if you’re short on gold, since disaster relief uses food. But Praying is the preferred. I’ve notice that Disaster relief only gives me 10 prestige, while praying is dependent on your population. I’ve heard people say you get 80 prestige and some say they’ve gotten 500. I does very and it seems that your population has something to do with it. Later I’ll modify this and give you exact numbers.

Troops

Build warriors.
Every type of troop you build gives you prestige. Some more that others. The one that give second to the less prestige are warriors but thy’re the best to make to gain prestige. You’ll find guides that tell you how to attack valleys and NPCs with only warriors. Though they aren’t completely accurate with a few modifications you can use this stratergy to gain prestige. You only gain prestige from attacks when you have some losses. The higher the losses the higher the prestige gain. But you MUST win the fight. An example is on one site it mentioned that you can defeat a lvl 10 valley with 22K warriors. I’ll tell you now that no valley is the same. Scout for yourself to see. You’ll need to add to that archers. I recommend 2.5K but 1K or 2K will do nicely, you will gain no less than 3500 prestige and could gain up to 7k and thats in one attack. It all depends on what you lose in the battle and the less archers the greater the warrior loss the more prestige. You may say why keep killing so many warriors. They recommend 100K at a lvl 9 NPC. Well 2 reasons why warriors are expendable, They’re cheap and quick to make. You can make 1 every 10 seconds on average depending on your mayor. I thinks its 1 prestige per every 3 warriors or something like thatI really don’t remember but lets say thats the case. So if you build 30K warriors you gain 10K prestige. And 30K warriors takes about 5 hours again depending on your Mayor. Then you send them to attack a lvl 10 valley and gain another 5K or so. So you just gained 15K in 5 hours add praying every 15 minutes. You can possibly add 20K prestige in 5 hours.

Another benefit of warriors

You can also chip at prestige. I use to just send 1K warriors with my ballistae to attack NPCs. This will get you prestige also. The idea is to take some loss on every attack you do. With that said attacking a city with no defense is worthless if your after prestige. But you run into those cities that have abatis. Abatis hurt Calvery, so just send 10 or 20 horses with your attack take a little loss and get a little prestige. Might as well get something the guy might use up all his resources b4 you get there.

Lastly let me remind you to alway check you medic in your ralley point if you’re going to be killing 30K warriors get some back quickly.

Just like add that this guide doesn’t hurt when you’re building whatever kind of city you want, be it war city or resource city

DCJerboa has added somethings that will help you maximise prestige but it will not go along with you wanting a war city or resource city as it will slow you down. Heres what he added

1. Total number of townhall levels dictates your prestige per action. You’ll get 1/10th of the prestige per action if you have 10 level 10 cities, compared to just one city. So the first step is to reduce your cities. If you have too many heroes to go down to 1 city, then build skeleton cities which have the townhall capped at level 2 (I think) and a feasting hall of level 9/10 to store heroes. You can build a level 9/10 rally point in these if desired.

2. Faster Troop Building. Building troops gives you prestige. Building mad numbers of troops gives you ridiculous prestige. Focus on one hero, and level that hero as much as possible, until 432-attack, at which point you can build warriors instantly.

3. Warriorbombing. Bombing a level 8 NPC can provide 2.5x the prestige of hitting a level 10 NPC and receiving low losses.

Yes your best option other than buying medals is to attack valleys. But in most medal hunting guides you read about attacking low lvl valleys. Most the time lvls 1 - 5. This is a myth.

While the number of archers they say send are in most reports acurate, getting a medal depends on your server. Not what you send or in another myth; how much losses you have. Your chances are the same with no losses as with almost your whole force being wiped out. This doesn’t mean that you won’t get a medal attacking low valleys. This just means that the guides aren’t what you need to get them because its not the same for every server. On server 107 you have a least 1 in 5 chance of getting a medal on lvl 10 valleys. I’ve attacked thousands of low lvl valleys and only gotten a few medals while on the higher lvl valleys my 1 in 5 chances are acurate. On server 17 lvl 5 NPCs have good medal drop rates at least 1 in every 3 attacks. Server 24 a lot of lvl 1 valleys have high drop rates server 24 also have high drop rates on low lvl valleys while server 66 has only high rates on lvl 9 and 10 valleys.

So the best way to know your drop rate per server is to ask around about where people got medals from. Don’t worry about what medal just focus on what lvl valley was attacked or NPCs. If you notice a higher rate around a certain number often the time it applies to the whole server give or take a lvl. So if you find that there’s a lot dropping at lvl 6 forrest then often the time the same applies for hills, flats, etc. And check 1 lvl up and 1 lvl down. So if its lvl 6 check lvl 5 and lvl 7 also.

Run your own test!

You should find 5 lvl 1 flats, grass, etc. and attack them. It seems that the common attack is 1 in every 5. So if you attacked 5 lvl 1 flats and got no medals then the drop rate is low. Then try grassland and so on. This will take a while but when you find the lvl valley, you’ll see how worth it it is.

1 in 5 is not emphatic but its a good number to work with. I gaurantee if you try what I just said you will have some success in time.

And what’s the difference between Evony and Civony?

I started playing the game before the ads came out. I didnt like it, so I just sort of…stopped. I am not sure what the differency between civony and evony is. Think it is just the name was civony and was changed to evony. I played back when they still called it civony.

#1 - Aries Amulet - For This, you can get an Amulet once everyday and use it to get a random Prize (It could be worthless or valuable!). You Find It In Your Quests Tab, Then Go To “Daily Quest” and press “Get Award”. Then Go To The Bottom Left of your Screen Where you will see a weird picture, and press it. Then Press Apply, and You Will Get An Item.

#2 - Building A Cottage - For This, you will be able to build a cottage, by pressing on a building site, and press “Build” under Cottage. You Can Speed it up if it is way faster than 5 minutes.

#3 - Building A Resource Farm - Go To City View, and Press on a Resource Field. Then Do The Same things as you would do with a cottage, but this time using a Resource Building (I Suggest Farms First).
